Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services seeks an IN2WORK Reentry Manager to champion equitable hiring and oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple sectors. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure fair access and build pipelines for candidates reentering the workforce after incarceration.

The role demands strong analytics, sourcing creativity, and coaching of internal teams to adopt inclusive hiring practices. Willingness to travel up to 50% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Social Work, or related field.
• 2-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably including fair chance hiring programs.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, and placing candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fair chance hiring initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates from diverse sources, focusing on individuals reentering after incarceration.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and advocacy groups to expand talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and facilitate placements.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables for project teams on fair chance hiring.
• Manage administrative aspects of the recruitment process and drive improvements.
• Communicate progress and program outcomes to stakeholders.
• Pipeline candidates for anticipated opportunities and support business initiatives.
• Coach internal client groups to foster inclusive hiring decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to track program effectiveness.
