Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral science, health, criminal justice or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED is acceptable with experience.
• Experience in detention or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience supervising staff is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Reentry Center and ensure safe, effective service delivery.
• Supervise and develop Reentry Center staff; provide ongoing training and support.
• Coordinate resource navigation including behavioral health referrals, housing, and employment links.
• Maintain confidentiality, trauma-informed interactions, and HIPAA compliance in all work.
• Prepare reports for grantors and county leadership; monitor program performance and compliance.
