Goodwill Industries Of Southern Arizona is seeking a Project Restore / Adult Re-Entry Case Manager in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on delivering services across outreach, intake, education, employment placement, and follow-up under the Project Restore grant.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and at least 5 years of case management experience, with strong communication and travel ability in the local area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to travel throughout the Tucson area and meet insurance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate Goodwill of Southern Arizona’s values at all times.
• Manage expenditures and wage payments in accordance with grants and policies.
• Collaborate with ESS personnel to ensure compliant hiring practices and wage/timesheet procedures.
• Read and understand the Project Restore service delivery contract with GII.
• Develop and implement Individual Career and Financial Plans (ICFP) for participants.
• Provide training for job readiness, soft skills, basic computer skills, and other education activities.
• Represent Project Restore in the community and liaise with courts and service providers.
• Manage a caseload of up to 30 participants to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate intake, enrollment, and supportive services, including housing and behavioral health.
