GEO Reentry Services LLC. seeks a program facilitator to deliver cognitive behavioral curricula in both individual and group settings, guiding participants through life skills and reentry planning. The role emphasizes teamwork, counseling, and coordination with GEO staff and partners.

You will support assessment, maintain rosters, and help participants develop post-release plans, using evidence-based approaches in a correctional context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field is required.
• Experience as a facilitator/educator/group moderator is required.
• Preference for experience within a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates delivery of cognitive behavioral curriculum in individual and group settings.
• Conducts periodic reviews of curriculum and resources to enhance life skills participation.
• Maintains class rosters, attendance records, and provides completion certificates.
• Supports assessment of participant needs and makes referrals to management.
• Provides individual and group counseling on self-esteem, problem solving, relationships.
• Communicates with participants regarding reentry planning and community resources.
• Aids participants in planning post-release plans and encourages responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
