Job summary

Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura-Line in Gainesville, TX is seeking a Reel Breakdown to support production on the shift. The role focuses on preparing reels, painting and stenciling returned reels, assembling reels, and maintaining safety and inventory records.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, basic math/measurement skills, and be reliable with strong teamwork and communication. The position offers benefits, growth opportunities, and a starting pay around $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights.
• Ability to lift objects overhead.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the production schedule and determines the reels required to maintain production on the shift.
• Paints and stencils any returned wood reels that do not meet appearance requirements. Reels must be painted and stenciled before they can be used on the extrusion lines.
• Builds/Assembles any reels not available from the return reel inventory required to maintain production.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
• Follows all safety requirements for the position and all company safety guidelines.
• Completes appropriate paperwork to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Our Offer: The compensation for this position is typically start at $19/Hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
