Job summary

DP World is seeking a driven sales professional to develop new Reefer business in the United States, with a focus on Florida/MIAMI. You will build trusted customer relationships and coordinate with operations to tailor SOPs to client needs, while managing quotations and negotiations to close opportunities.

The role requires freight forwarding experience, a solid understanding of the cold chain, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field preferred.
• Proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding (3+ years).
• Solid understanding of Cold Chain.
• Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
• Strong execution sales skills to identify and close opportunities.
• Agile skills to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication with clients, carriers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Reefer business in the US market.
• Steer solution design to fit customer needs and DP World capabilities.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research in the local market.
• Coordinate with Operations to customize SOPs for clients.
• Assist clients with export/import quotations and negotiations.
• Liaise with DP World network and partner agents to secure opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records to support sales incentive programs.
• Stay updated on local regulations and industry best practices.
