Job summary

Aim Transportation Solutions in Landover, MD is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in reefer technology to maintain and repair our refrigerated fleet. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on diesel diagnostic experience with Carrier and Thermo King systems, own a complete toolbox, and be able to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Diesel diagnostic experience with reefer equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair refrigerated units using Carrier and Thermo King systems.
• Own a full toolbox and be capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on reefer units.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues.
