Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Refrigeration Diesel Technician in Orlando to diagnose, overhaul, and repair trucks and trailers with emphasis on refrigeration systems such as Thermo King and Carrier. You will work with state-of-the-art diagnostics and equipment in a safety-focused shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification, preferred.
• Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical repair of heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems.
• Handle refrigerant and HVAC-related diagnostics on Thermo King/Carrier systems.
• Mentor and coach other technicians.
• Utilize shop management and diagnostic tools to complete tasks.
