Job summary

Aim Transportation Solutions in Landover, MD is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in reefer technology to maintain and repair our refrigerated fleet. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on diesel diagnostic experience with Carrier and Thermo King systems, own a complete toolbox, and be able to work independently and with a team.

What You'll Do

• As a Reefer Tech, you'll take ownership of critical maintenance and repair tasks that keep our fleet running smoothly.


• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance services on reefer units, using advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve equipment issues, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.


• You'll work both independently and collaboratively, depending on project needs.

What We're Looking For

• You'll bring strong diesel diagnostic experience to the table, with hands-on expertise using Carrier and Thermo King systems.


• You should be comfortable working independently while also being a reliable team player.


• You must own your own tools and toolbox.

Compensation & Schedule

This position offers $34.00 to $37.00 per hour, based on your experience level.

You'll work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
