Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Technician to support our national fleet maintenance operation. You’ll perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units, and diagnose a range of systems to keep equipment road-ready.

We offer flexible shifts (3x12 or 4x10), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in DOT inspections, brakes, PMs, or equivalent training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs.
• Diagnose and repair fuel, electrical, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systems.
• Replace brakes and service trailer ABS systems.
• Perform FHWA inspections, tire mounting, balancing, and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
