The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in carrier sales or freight brokerage, a strong reefer carrier network, and proven negotiation skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carrier sales or freight brokerage experience.
• 2+ years of reefer or temperature-controlled freight experience (strongly preferred).
• Prior leadership, mentorship, or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure capacity for refrigerated freight across North America.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reefer carriers.
• Identify new lanes and expand carrier coverage.
• Negotiate rates and create transportation solutions.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
