ALLCPR is hiring an Instructor to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train students through the American Red Cross. The role requires maintaining certification and delivering high-quality training in various settings, including schools and community centers.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of teaching experience, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication. This position may be part-time with a flexible schedule and local travel.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification required.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
