ALLCPR is seeking qualified part-time instructors to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates across various locations. Instructors will deliver sessions, assess proficiency, and ensure compliance with ARC requirements.

Instructors are expected to maintain up-to-date materials, provide feedback, and participate in ongoing professional development. Roles may involve weekends and local travel with flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
