Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructors across diverse settings including schools, hospitals, and community centers. The role requires current ARC Instructor certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging training while complying with ARC requirements.

Weekend/part-time scheduling and contractor status are available.

Qualifications

Must hold American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
Instructor Trainer Certification required for instructor trainer role.
Relevant ARC/AHA instructor certifications may be considered for bridging pathways.
Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare for ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
Provide candidate feedback to improve performance.
Monitor and evaluate progress to ensure proficiency.
Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and provide excellent client service.
