Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Laborer for the Gel Recycling facility to perform varied physical tasks supporting operations, material handling and teamwork for efficient recycling processes.

The role includes sorting materials, keeping areas tidy, assisting machine operators, documenting movements, and following safety guidelines to protect workers and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Garbage/recycling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sort recycling materials from conveyor belts or processing equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized for a safe, efficient environment.
• Collaborate with machine operators to ensure smooth operation of processing equipment.
• Follow instructions to support the processing of recycled material.
• Maintain basic records of material movements and activities as required.
• Report issues, incidents, or observations to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE as required.
• Work with the team to achieve daily production goals.
• Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to address challenges.
