Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (standing, reaching, bending, lifting, carrying and climbing).
• Legal work eligibility in the US and ability to complete pre-employment testing.
• Good verbal communication and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sorts through recycled materials and places items into designated areas by commodity, size, and grade.
• Performs duties safely in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and adheres to safety culture.
• Reports system problems to the supervisor and attends trainings.
• Participates in training to expand knowledge of the company and products.
