Job summary

Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. seeks a Recycling Operations District Manager to drive safety, efficiency and profitability across multiple facilities.

You will oversee production, maintenance, inventory control, and environmental compliance while coordinating with regional leadership and the Commercial group. The role requires 5–10 years in steel scrap yard operations, a college degree (preferred), and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations, leadership and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with basic math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sweeping operations across all departments and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage production forecasts with GM and commercial group to hit facility goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality control programs.
• Supervise exempt and hourly staff, and coordinate HR processes as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and transportation to meet budgets and outages.
