Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring ride schedules to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Audit standing order setups and verify data accuracy.
• Review, prioritize, and resolve change requests and escalations.
• Conduct outgoing calls to facilities and members to verify appointment information.
• Collaborate with Routing, Network, Transportation, and Member Services teams to ensure seamless scheduling.
• Support new program launches with data setup and coordination activities.
