Job summary

SafeRide Health seeks a Standing Orders Coordinator to manage recurring transportation schedules for members needing ongoing medical care. You will audit standing orders, process change requests, and support operational excellence to ensure timely life-sustaining treatments.

You will conduct audits for accurate ride details, monitor recurring trips, and escalate issues while collaborating with Routing, Network, Transportation, and Member Services to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of healthcare coordination or scheduling experience.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and verify accuracy.
• Familiarity with healthcare terms related to recurring, life-sustaining treatments.

Responsibilities

• Audit standing order schedules and ensure data integrity.
• Manage recurring ride schedules and monitor completeness.
• Process change requests and document resolutions.
