Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to attract and secure top talent. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and partner with HR to implement effective recruitment strategies that expand our diverse talent pool.

You will collaborate with department managers to finalize job descriptions, post openings on major platforms, and guide offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role may include remote work days with approval.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of two years recruitment experience.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department managers.
• Build a strong network of potential hires.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with HR management.
• Ensure job descriptions and requirements are clearly communicated.
• Post positions on multiple platforms and prepare interview materials.
• Guide offers process with hiring managers and manage start dates.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
