About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for their organization, operating remotely with potential for occasional visits to Paarl. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
