Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate screening and initial interviews, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and hiring managers within the startup ecosystem.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the startup landscape.

Requirements
