Job summary

JBA International is seeking a recruiter who enjoys finding strong candidates, building relationships, and helping clients fill open roles. Recruiting will be the main focus of this position.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage the hiring process from first conversation through placement, and grow the business by connecting with prospective clients and identifying new staffing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Ability to speak confidently with candidates and hiring managers.
• Interest in sales and building client relationships.
• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
