Job summary

Seventh Contact Hiring Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Partner/Sr. Recruitment Partner for a full-time permanent remote position. It is remote with occasional visits to the Pune office for engagement, review meetings and training; for non-Pune candidates this won’t apply.

Work timing is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate has 3 months to 3+ years IT or non-IT recruitment experience, excellent English communication, and a service-oriented mindset.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share learnings.

Work Location

- Remote with occasional visits to office for Pune or nearby based candidates for engagement, review meetings and training purposes. For candidates not based in Pune - this will not be applicable.

Ideal Candidate:

The candidate with recent or past experience (3 months to 3+ years) in IT or Non- IT recruitment with good academic background, service oriented mindset, interested and passionate to pursue a career in recruitment function.

Job Description -

• The work will involve understanding the manpower requirement of the client company.
• Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like Job Portals, Resume Database, LinkedIn & Other Social Media Platforms, References etc.
• Sorting of the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted candidates, submission of resumes to the client, follow-up with clients for feedback, and coordination of interviews.
• Closely work with clients to understand their challenges and work with them to address them.
• Supporting candidates in exploring suitable job opportunities within our clientele and helping them get the best possible job opportunity.
• Work closely with your colleagues to expand your learning and collaboration.
• Follow the defined standards of work, process and values to percolate a positive work culture.
• Commit to the purpose and goal of the organisation.

Job Specification -

• The candidate must have an excellent academic background.
• The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• The candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Email Management.
• The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and maturity to deal with candidates, clients and colleagues. The candidate must be service oriented by nature.
• The candidate must have a good leadership skill, confidence and inner drive to remain progressive, they must have a good appetite to learn.
• Should have a flair for searching, investigating, exploring new ways to look for right candidates.

The definitive offer will be subject to performance during the interview and evaluation rounds.

As this is a remote working- the applicant must have proper work from home infrastructure -

1. A dedicated quiet work place where you can work without distraction.
2. Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connectivity.
3. Computer with decent configuration and necessary licensed software.
4. Computer must have audio and video in working condition.
5. Smart phone (SIM card will be provided by the company).
