Competenze
- 5+ years of senior recruiting experience
- Experience leading teams of recruiters/sourcers
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and markets
- Proven ability to acquire quality clients and manage business development
- Data-driven communication and stakeholder management
Mansioni
- Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to meet Talent Acquisition goals
- Develop and secure quality clients
- Partner with customers to align hiring objectives and budgets
- Design and tailor hiring stages per role
- Develop and update job descriptions and specs
- Source and recruit via databases and social media
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles
- Guide negotiations and close hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers and train teams
- Network to build long-term client relationships
- Contribute to change management and company growth
- Promote the company as a great place to work
