Job summary

Spherion Gainesville, FL is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee onboarding, credentialing, and new hire administration. The role partners with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and customer requirements.

This permanent, full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–5:00 pm) and a salary of $45,000–$50,000 with a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Two years in HR and recruitment or related field.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.

• Provide full-cycle recruitment by managing every step of the recruitment process.
• Maintain department and new hire files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Monitor New Hire Incentive program.
• Assist in collecting and reporting data.
• Deliver training and development.
• Complete New Hire credentialing.

In this role, the specialist will partner with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and customer requirements.
