Job summary

Evolution Safety Resources seeks a Recruitment Manager to own the end-to-end recruitment process for safety professionals placed on construction jobsites nationwide. The role focuses on driving fast, accurate placements through SOP-driven workflows and hands-on recruiting activity in a busy, on-site Raleigh environment.

You will manage candidate submissions, coordinate onboarding, and use AI/tools to improve sourcing, screening, and outreach while reporting weekly recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including staffing agency or contract staffing.
• Ability to fill roles quickly, including same-day or 48-hour turnarounds.
• Hands-on experience managing Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an ATS/Onboarding platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, clients, and leadership.
• On-site Raleigh, NC, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every open placement across the company and manage the end-to-end process.
• Ensure SOPs are followed for intake, sourcing, screening, credentialing, submittals, and approvals.
• Deliver multiple qualified candidates for client review on every open role.
• Run daily pipeline reviews and maintain a pre-vetted talent bench by region.
• Onboard contractors and ensure day-one readiness and compliance.
