Job summary

Acara Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Manager in Dallas, TX. This full-time, direct position leads the branch recruitment operations, coordinating customer service, contract placements, and staff supervision.

You will manage recruiters, oversee on-boarding of contractors, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to fill orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership capacity in a staffing agency.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and working knowledge of online recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must be able to work independently and present a positive and professional image.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business transportation.

Responsibilities

• Service existing and new business accounts through regular customer contact/visits.
• Provide administrative supervision of contract employees; and maintain regular contact with direct placements.
• Work closely with customers to attend to and resolve administrative and personnel matters with contractors.
• Interface with associate suppliers to assist in filling orders.
• Maintain employee files and records for contract employees.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and manage a proper branch staff of Recruitment Specialists.
