The position emphasizes proactive talent sourcing, rigorous candidate evaluation, and a strong focus on delivering a positive candidate experience. Flexible work options are available after 30 days of training, with commissions as part of the compensation

Qualifications

• Candidates with full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics
