Job summary

Progressive Life Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Recruitment, Training, & Licensing Coordinator to manage assigned foster homes, conduct home studies, and ensure licensing compliance. You will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate foster-parent training, monitor safety and placement needs, and maintain records in FAMCare and CJAMS while partnering with program leadership.

The role requires a BA in social work or related field, LBSW/LMSW licensure, strong communication, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned treatment foster homes and parents as the primary point of contact, maintaining accountability throughout recruitment, licensing, placement, support, renewal, corrective action, and closure.
• conduct comprehensive home studies and licensing assessments
