Job summary

Neighbor To Family, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator of Recruitment, Licensing and Training to lead recruitment of foster families and conduct licensing studies.

You will design and coordinate pre-service and ongoing training for staff and foster caregivers, ensuring compliance with licensing rules and procedures. This role reports to the Executive Director and requires collaboration with case managers and state agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or related human services field.
• Three years of administrative experience, preferably in child welfare services.
• Must have use of an automobile, appropriate insurance and a valid driver license for state employed.
• Must be SAFE Certified. NTDC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment of foster families and recruitment activities within the targeted area.
• Conduct licensing studies and advise the Department on license issuance or denial.
• Design and coordinate staff and foster caregiver training programs.
• Maintain records and compile data for budgets and program reports.
• Monitor licensing standards and ensure compliance for foster family homes.
• Serve as mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect.
