Children’s Hope Alliance is seeking a recruiter/trainer to recruit, train, and license families pursuing foster parent licensing within the region. The role coordinates ongoing training, CPR/First Aid, and related topics, and collaborates with DSS offices and referral sources to ensure licensing readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• Certification in a state-mandated foster parent training curriculum or ability to gain certification is required.
• Experience in the Teaching-Family Model preferred.
• Experience providing case management/supervising foster care services preferred.
• Experience recruiting or training foster parents preferred.

Aufgaben

• Recruit foster care referrals and develop relationships with area DSS offices and other referral sources.
• Train foster families using Teaching-Family Model pre-service training.
• Assist with licensing of foster homes per state rules and regulations.
• Prepare training reports and reviews including progress toward licensing.
• Lead foster parent recruitment efforts in assigned region and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Meet quarterly recruitment quotas for assigned region.
• Provide monthly in-service trainings and support groups with foster families and children.
• Provide case management services during staff crises or team vacancies.
