Job summary

Progressive Life Center, Inc. (PLC) seeks a dedicated professional to oversee foster care housing and licensing processes across Maryland and neighboring regions. You will supervise assigned homes, conduct home studies, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging community partners.

The role requires LBSW/LMSW, two years of relevant experience, and strong communication. Hybrid work arrangements begin after 90 days on-site, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (required/ preferred).
• LBSW or LMSW licensure required.
• Two years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or related field.
• Must obtain SAFE‑C certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned treatment foster homes and parents as primary contact.
• Conduct home studies and licensing assessments.
• Ensure licensing/regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor safety, caregiver functioning, and placement needs.
• Develop foster-parent recruitment strategies and community outreach.
