Job summary

The Children's Guild in Baltimore, MD seeks a Licensing and Compliance Coordinator to manage family and staff compliance, track records, and produce regular status reports in the Treatment Foster Care Program.

This role collaborates with the Program Director of Family Life Education, the Compliance and HR teams, and requires strong office management, documentation, and communication skills to meet state and federal mandates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent experience is required.
• Eligible for or currently licensed as an LCSW-C; strong office management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and ability to manage databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 2–3 cases and manage records accordingly.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports and ensure COMAR compliance.
• Collaborate with Compliance and HR; communicate with director on deadlines.
