Job summary

The Children's Guild in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Coordinator for the Family Life Education Program. This role manages regulatory compliance, tracks records for families, clients, and staff, and prepares regular reports for the Program Director.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work, LCSW-C license eligibility, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work with compliance and HR and maintain a caseload of 2-3 cases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (clinical or administrative concentration preferred).
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and office management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to manage databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with intergovernmental agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate program needs and work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
