Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual event logistics and interview breakout rooms.
• Send invites and manage RSVPs for events.
• Coordinate in-person events: book rooms, AV, catering.
• Handle candidate travel and expense reimbursement.
• Prepare and submit expense reports; track expenses.
• Assemble resume bundles and interview schedules in Excel.
• Maintain ATS data and real-time status for events.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects to support delivery.
