Role & Opportunity – Director

We are looking to hire a Director as part of the Enterprise team, based out of San Francisco. As a Director, you will be a key contributor working to learn about (or extend your understanding of) technology companies and the industry at large. Working directly with our Managing Directors, your focus will be on conducting primary and secondary research, collecting and analyzing data and then engaging, connecting and developing relationships with the best senior executives in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior work experience, ideally in recruiting/executive search, and must have several important qualities and attributes:

• Must be curious, extroverted, intelligent, high-energy and driven, with a consistent track record of achievement.
• Prior experience in an executive search firm is ideal, though skilled and motivated sellers who can learn quickly will also do well.
• Must have innate or trained project management skills, with the ability to set and deliver to consistent, detailed deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working as part of a team, where exceptional individual performance is only one part of the greater picture.
• Able to embrace the responsibilities and personal drive required to work in a small-company environment, where your individual achievement will have a significant impact on the success of the firm and their portfolio companies, and the industry as a whole
