Job summary

Coastal Waste and Recycling is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Boca Raton to drive field-facing hiring. You will source, screen, and engage candidates; support hiring managers; and manage pipelines for field roles across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with at least 1 year in corporate talent acquisition and a degree in HR or business. Proficiency with ADP and ATS is preferred; remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Minimum 1 year in corporate talent acquisition/full-cycle recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field-facing recruitment across all sites.
• Manage candidate flow from sourcing to offer extension.
• Post ads on career sites and social platforms; source through job fairs and events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and communicate with hiring managers.
