Job Title: Sr. Associate, Human Resources & Business Operations at Turn2Partners

Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment within a tech-forward company. This role will be instrumental in streamlining recruiting operations, managing end-to-end scheduling logistics, and owning backend processes within Greenhouse. You'll join a lean, nimble internal talent team and have the opportunity to take full ownership of recruiting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Own backend operations in Greenhouse, including: interview workflows, custom scorecards, feedback forms, email and interview templates, reporting, and analytics.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and support the implementation of operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of in-house Talent Acquisition coordination experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with customized Greenhouse configurations.
