Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Position Type: Contract, Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 4pm to 1am PKT

About Pavago:

Pavago is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator, where you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting recruitment efforts across various clients. You will manage candidate communication, scheduling, and ensure a streamlined hiring process using tools like Workable and Asana.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Operations: Assist in job posting on relevant platforms and sourcing potential candidates. Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reimbursements and maintaining recruitment-related documentation.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Industry Background: Experience in a recruitment agency setting is highly valued. Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of agency recruitment and the ability to handle multiple client demands concurrently is advantageous. However, experience in corporate HR departments or related fields will also be considered.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR environment. Familiarity with using ATS/HRIS systems such as Workable, Asana, or similar platforms to manage recruitment processes.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools like Workable, Asana, or other ATS/HRIS systems. Basic understanding of HR metrics and reporting related to recruitment activities. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates relevant to the recruitment function.

  • Initial Phone Call: Engage in a brief conversation to understand your experience and suitability for the role.
  • Video Interview: Delve deeper into your professional background and assess your skills in a 30-minute call.
  • Practical Assessment: Showcase your creative abilities through practical tasks relevant to the role.
  • Final Interview: Have a comprehensive discussion with our client to ensure mutual alignment.
  • Background Checks: Conduct swift verification of your references and past employment details.
