Compensation: $21/hr

Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Hybrid work model, working in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. This is set to be a 6‑month contract that can be extended based on business needs.

Our client is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and making sure all the details come together behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in recruiting, human resources, or people operations. You’ll be involved throughout the employee lifecycle, from coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to preparing new hires for their first day. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the HR team while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. If you’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys helping others, and can keep multiple priorities moving at once, this could be a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support North America campus recruiting initiatives by coordinating promotional materials, recruiting booth supplies, and shipment logistics to universities and hiring events.
  • Use Canva to create flyers, internal communications, recruiting materials, event materials, and other content that helps keep employees and candidates informed and engaged.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records, track recruiting activity, and assist with HR data entry while handling information professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate the recruiting process from interview scheduling through onboarding, helping ensure candidates have a positive and organized experience at every stage.
  • Prepare new‑hire paperwork, assist with equipment and system setup, and help create a welcoming, seamless first‑day experience for new employees.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring priorities, coordinate next steps, and keep communication moving smoothly.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve the overall candidate and employee experience.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support and cross‑train with other HR team members to provide coverage and help as needed.
  • Take on special projects and other opportunities to support the growth of the organization and the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative, recruiting, HR, customer service, or related support role. Internship experience counts!
  • Comfortable with data entry and standard office tools; Canva experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn matters just as much.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong follow‑through and a proactive, “no task is too small” attitude.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable communication style with the ability to work comfortably with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative and dependable member of the team.
  • Genuine interest in helping people and creating positive experiences throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
