The University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy seeks a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to lead student recruitment and engagement across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. The role involves statewide travel to educate prospective students about pharmacy careers and opportunities.
You will develop materials, foster partnerships with schools and community groups, and measure recruitment outcomes to continuously improve strategies.

Job Duty Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, regional presentations, orientation programs, career days, prospective student tours, etc. Prepare, train and support the efforts of recruitment partners including student ambassadors, alumni ambassadors, faculty, and other staff.

Job Duty Create recruitment and marketing materials to educate prospective students and others about the pharmacy profession and the job opportunities available to those who complete the college’s pre-professional, professional, and graduate programs. Create content appropriate for web and social media marketing for the college’s professional and graduate programs.

Job Duty Tracks prospective students from first contact through matriculation into the college’s programs. Maintains ongoing communication with interested prospects to ensure their continued engagement and to support them through the application process. Assess recruitment efforts and strategies to allow informed prioritization of work.
