Job summary

Randstad USA in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to source talent, prep candidates for work, and ensure smooth onboarding. This in-office position operates five days a week with a focus on outbound recruiting and timely communication with talent and sales teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on candidate management, background checks, onboarding coordination and referral program promotion, with a potential annual bonus based on targets and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of proven business experience (recruiting, customer service, hospitality, retail or sales preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish (Strong asset)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred-not required)
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives (would be a strong asset)
• Must have grasp of database technology, search engines, be active on social media and have a solid understanding of related planning, analytics and metrics
• Creative and innovative thinker with ability to apply to writing, advertising, social media, etc.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence change
• Proven ability to balance rapidly changing requirements gracefully and deliver results
• Strong initiative, self-drive and motivation

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the status of new & unfilled orders and execute outbound recruiting activity to match talent within the Randstad APP (30% of the day)
• Contact dispatched talent to review next steps, gain confirmation of job acceptance and set start date (35% of the day)
• Log into the system for any call offs, communicate with talent & sales etc (35% of the day)
• Search talent databases, professional and social networks and resume sites to find potential talent
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities and current employees to solicit referrals
• Coordinate completion of background checks, drug screens or other requirements.
• Monitor talent moving through onboarding (eVerify, I9) to ensure proper supply to fulfill order demand, engage stalled talent as needed
• Execute and promote the app talent referral program

Permanent Hourly Salary & Bonus potential

• $20.22-$29.41/hour
• Eligible for overtime pay (time & a half) after 8 hours/day
• Potential bonus $3,500/year if targets met (paid quarterly)
