Job summary

Eduvos is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a fixed-term contract to provide talent acquisition and selection services across national campuses.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruitment, experience with ATS/HRIS, and relevant psychology qualifications (psychometrist, industrial psychologist registration preferable). The role requires strong stakeholder management and functional competencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in recruitment and selection with a focus on managerial and specialist roles
• Registration as an Industrial Psychologist will be preferable
• Registration as a Psychometrist with the HPCSA will be preferable
• Relevant Masters degree will be preferable
• 5+ years experience working with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Applications (Teams, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Implement talent acquisition and selection services: sourcing, screening, short listing, interviewing, and offering
• Facilitate assessments (technical, behavioural, psychometric)
• Lhand over to on-boarding and manage reference checks
• Input into continuous improvement of TA/selection processes and policies
