We’re currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our onsite team in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applications
• Work with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challenges
• Manage end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close
• "Hunt" for new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leads
• Build and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team‑members, and other key stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Be highly coachable. Can take direction, wants to improve and willing to take feedback.
