Compensation

• Uncapped commission from day one
• Realistic year 1 OTE: $75–85k
• Top 50 billers in the business earn around $18k per month in commission alone
• Top 10 billers earn around $34k per month in commission alone

Your earnings are directly tied to performance. There is no ceiling!!

You’ll benefit from structured training with a dedicated in house Learning & Development function. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship from experienced billers and leaders who have progressed through the ranks themselves. What you need

• 6+ months of B2B sales experience
• OR up to 1 year in staffing/recruitment
• OR highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
