You will manage multiple searches with a customer-obsessed mindset, building strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, and candidates.

Recruitment Consultant - New York City - Onsite

What is the job?

• Own candidate sourcing, outreach, qualification, and closing
• Customer-obsessed mindset when it comes to business development and fostering relationships with existing and future founders, hiring managers, and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple startup clients
• Own and take accountability for building a 360-recruitment desk
