Job summary

Orange Quarter is a tech recruitment agency with offices in New York City, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London. We’re looking for one or two Senior Consultants to join our New York team.

You will own and grow your market, focusing on software, AI, product, GTM, or design, depending on your background. Build strong relationships with high-growth startups and run full-cycle recruitment from headhunting through offer stage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with startups and tech companies.
• Strong communication and proactive, high-energy work style.

• Own and grow your market across NYC in software, AI, product, GTM or design.
• Build relationships with high-growth startups and tech firms in NYC.

Orange Quarter is a tech recruitment agency founded in 2015, with offices in New York City, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London. We work closely with some of the most exciting VC-backed AI startups, helping them build world-class engineering, AI, product, design, and GTM teams.

We're busier than ever and are now looking for one or two Senior Consultants to join our growing New York team.

What you'll be doing

• Own and grow your market. This could be software engineering, AI, product, GTM, or design, depending on your background.
• Build strong relationships with high-growth startups and tech companies across NYC.
• Run full-cycle recruitment processes, from headhunting through to offer stage.
• Deliver consistently across both new and existing accounts, with a healthy mix of delivery and business development.
• Help shape the direction of the NYC office. Your input will genuinely matter here.
• Stay on top of your market, keep up with the NYC tech scene, and continuously grow your network.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and can strike up a conversation with anyone in the room.
• A confident communicator who can lead conversations with both candidates and clients.
• A strong track record of high performance.
• A strong work ethic (this matters more than anything).
• Highly organized, with excellent follow-through.
• Positive, high-energy, and self-motivated.
