Interested candidates must have specialized experience in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering recruitment. Prior RPO or Corporate Talent Acquisition experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies. • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior-level Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering opportunities across multiple U.S. regions. • Deliver your Deliverables through KPI metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and hire quality. • Source passive talent using advanced search techniques and high-tech resources. • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, aligning candidate motivators with client value propositions. • Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers with detailed executive summaries and market insights. • Orchestrate interviews, provide candidate and client interview guidance, and manage feedback loops to drive momentum. • Extend offers and manage negotiation stages, ensuring a positive experience for all parties throughout. • Track candidate progress in ATS, maintaining compliance, accuracy, and detailed notes at every touchpoint. • Collaborate with broader delivery team and client partners to ensure alignment, visibility, and efficiency. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in workflow design, market feedback, and pipeline analytics.
Qualifications
• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recent focus in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering. • Prior experience within an RPO or embedded recruiting model is highly desirable. • Dynamic sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and niche Engineering Platforms. • Excellent communication, consultative, and organizational aptitude - comfortable advising stakeholders and candidates alike. • Highly self-directed, adaptable, and proactive with demonstrated success in fast-paced, client-centric environments. • Passion for hiring with purpose - eager to connect people with opportunities that shape the world around us.
