As part of our 2025 growth strategy,Robert Walters New Yorkis actively looking to hire pro-active, sales driven and dynamic individuals to join our growing North American team. Robert Walters are a leading specialist talent solutions consultancy with offices in over 34 countries globally.

We are actively hiring for experienced sales and business development professionals to join the Go To Market and Sales team.

What will the role include with Robert Walters New York?

• This is a full 360 recruitment role, which includes headhunting and sourcing excellent candidates in the market. You’ll be using your business development skillset and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively source and grow your candidate relationships, build and maintain your candidate pipeline.
• We actively encourage you to meet your candidates and clients face to face and focus on quality relationships.
• You will be working with exclusive clients across the New York market and network with top business leaders.
